Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

• Returns: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
• Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
• Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
